To be a leader in the business world, you must first develop the skills necessary to thrive in an increasingly challenging environment. We teach you the skills you need through innovative team teaching, student team building, continuous programmatic assessment, and integration of business disciplines within the liberal arts. Because it’s not enough to develop only business skills. To help you grow as a leader, we teach you how to think critcally, how to solve problems, and how to lead by example.

You’ll hone your communication skills, whether you are writing proposals or making compelling presentations. We’ll also help you refine your decision making skills, teaching you how to analyze any given business situation and to choose the best alternatives among options. We do all this in the context of global markets and evolving technology. But perhaps most importantly of all, we help you develop professional expertise in the context of personal responsibility.

Our unique program has been recognized by several professional associations, including the The Southwestern Business Deans’ Association, Association of American Colleges and Universities, International Academy of Business Administration, Council for Advancement and Support of Education, Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs(ACBSP), AACSB International, and the American Association for Higher Education.
